"代言"和"代言人"用英语怎么说？

动词代言可以用单词represent，也可以用短语in name of;on behalf of来表示
eg：Mr.Li gave us a heart-stirring speech on behalf of/in the name of the committee.

代言人也可以用多个单词来表达，常用的有
1、deputy
a deputy to National People's Congress(中国)人民代表大会代表
2、prolocutor（专指会议上代表团体的发言人）
3、mouthpiece非正式用语，

VIS representative/spokensman.
